Tamodec International Limited ("Tamodec", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This notice explains how we collect and use personal data through this website and in our dealings with clients and suppliers, in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA).

What we collect

We collect only what you send us: your name, job title, company, email address, telephone number and the content of your enquiry, request for quotation or vendor correspondence. This website does not use contact forms, advertising cookies or tracking tools.

Why we use it

We use your data to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, process purchase orders, complete vendor registration and prequalification, and meet our legal, tax and regulatory obligations. Our lawful bases are performance of a contract, our legitimate business interests and compliance with legal obligations.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only where needed to deliver our services — for example with logistics providers, manufacturers or regulators — or where the law requires it. Our email is hosted by Google Workspace, which may process data outside Nigeria under appropriate safeguards.

Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected and to meet statutory record-keeping requirements, after which it is securely deleted.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, object to its processing, or request a copy in a portable format. Email contact@tamodecltd.com and we will respond within the time the NDPA allows. You may also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC).

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.

We may update this notice from time to time. The date above shows when it was last changed.
